Corporate Parties
We have been having a ball this season writing and performing funny parodied parties for numerous corporate events. We take information about an industry in general as well as specific "in-office" antics and put them to music. We pair this with some great dancing songs as well as dinner music and you've got yourself a fantastic corporate party! We have received an incredible response from our clientele thus far, and look forward to many more opportunities to deliver this unique and hilariously personal form of comedy in the future.
SUDS 'N SUDS
We are running our first original full-length musical this season. Suds ‘n Suds is a music-filled story about two sisters who hold one another up through all of life’s struggles. As sisters do, Sadie and Sissy tend towards telling one another how to live life rather than looking in the mirror to change what needs changing in their own lives. There is sibling rivalry, yes, but all in all, these two share a deep love and a strong bond that nothing could ever break. This story is their hero’s journey…their transition from girls who continue to get knocked down, into women who stand tall. Lessons are learned, wounds are healed, and together, they reach heights unreachable by either individual, unimaginable by their younger selves, and unfathomable by anyone else.
Suds ‘n Suds is the first full-length musical we’ve written, with many more to come. It has been a labor of love, and an intense ride on the so-called “learning curve”. With the writing, editing, sculpting, and licensing processes all transposed onto one another, we re-worked this piece for months. Somewhere in the midst of that process, rehearsals began, set was designed, costumes were created, props were collected, and a musician, choreographer and director were hired (BIG thanks to Joel, Laura and Doreen, and of course our darling husbands/set designers/road crew…we love you all). This is our first preview season of the project, so a big thanks to you, our clients and our audiences, for participating in this process. Enjoy!!!
